WHY THIS PRODUCT?

It happened in one of the apartments in Bangalore. Elderly father and mother live in one of the flats. They are blessed with a son and daughter, both are settled abroad. They happily cherish their time together.

It was late in the night, suddenly father got chest pain and mother tried to get ambulance, help from nearby hospital/doctors, neighbors and tried to call their children. Mother felt helpless, and underwent anxiety and panic.

This is not a rare case nowadays, every 30 sec someone complains of chest pain in India. Medical emergency help should be given on time because, every second is important during an emergency.

IN REALITY:

How many of us know the nearby emergency medical healthcare services, nearby ICU ambulance services and 24 hours pharmacies contact numbers for emergency help?

Do we keep emergency medicines and personal and family health records with us on-hand?
How many of us are fortunate to have our family members or caregivers with us during an emergency?
With those questions open, if any emergency help needed, how do we instantly access nearby 24 hours ICU ambulances, 24 hours nearby emergency hospitals, emergency doctors, medical records and family members...?

LEVIZI EMERGENCY CARE APP:

In the unfortunate case of an emergency, with our emergency care app just “TAP A BUTTON” we will connect you with your family members, nearby ambulances, Levizi doctor team and Levizi emergency caregiver team.

Our doctor team will access your personal health records and will guide patient and family members for first-aid help until ambulance arrives at the patient’s location. At the same time, our caregiver team will rush to your location to help arrange nearby ICU ambulance, to interact with Levizi Doctor team and 24 hours speciality based emergency care ICU hospitals, to interact patient with his/her family members to let them know patient health issues over video/voice call. Our caregiver team will keep updating the family members about the status.

HOW IT WORKS?

1. Firstly, add contact details of yourself, your family members, hospitals and doctors to be contacted during emergency. To add contact details, tap Emergency contact->Add New and enter contact details. Enter Levizi emergency ID if you availed Levizi emergency care plan.

2. Tap Emergency contact->Show, to view added emergency contact details. If you want to delete any added contacts you can delete, but contacts added once cannot be edited.

DURING EMERGENCY,

• Tap ‘Call Levizi Team’ and tap ‘Help me’ to get medical help for yourself. It will send the added contact details and GPS location to our caretaker team and will give call to our 24x7 caretaker team, talk to them and convey what help you want. If you have valid Levizi emergency ID, convey ID number to our caretaker team.

• Tap ‘Call Levizi Team’ and tap ‘Help others’ to help any patients. It will send the GPS location to our caretaker team and will give call to our 24x7 caretaker team, talk to them and convey what assistance is required for patients. If you have patient’s Levizi emergency ID, convey to our caretaker team.

• Long press Plus button, it will send the added emergency contact details and GPS location to our caretaker team. Our caretakers will use those contact details to help you arrange emergency care services.
